Arike Ogunbowale

Arike has been a American basketball player. She is a member of the Dallas Wings, a team within the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a player for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in college before she was drafted as the 5th overall pick by the Wings during the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale is Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. There are two brothers: Mario (26 and 26 years old) and Dare Ogunbowale (20 years old). She was the youngest of her family, and her parents spoilt her the best. Gregory was her father. He was a member of the Nigerian Army quite a while. Ogunbowale's family has an active family background. Her brother Dare was a football player and Yolanda Her mother used to play softball. Her aunt used to play volleyball at UAPB as was she has a cousin named Endia Oliver plays volleyball in Tennessee State. Ogunbowale is honored on the honor roll for her school for three straight years. She has also won various honors and has received fame and recognition from her high school career. Arike has graduated from Divine Savior Holy Angels High School in her home town. While at school, she also played three seasons of varsity football. The extraordinary skills of Ogunbowale led to her school winning stunning victories repeatedly. She compiled her high school track record of 73 career starts and lists career totals of 1 477 and 739 rebound. Ogunbowale is the recipient of Gold Medals in the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championships, 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships and 2013 3x3 FIBA U18 World Championships. Ogunbowale was selected as the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on July 7, 2014. Ogunbowale was also named to the ACC All-Freshman Team following her debut year as a collegiate player. She was even congratulated by the Kobe Bryant after she hit various big shots in the NCCA Tournament. Though she's still only a freshman she has made herself a top basketball pro and is likely to go on her way. Arike Ogunbowale's worth stands at roughly $5 million, as per one report. Ogunbowale isn't just a great basketballer. She also excels in many different sports, too. She is also a soccer player. She was awarded 3 State Cup championships with Lake County United Soccer Club as well as a State Cup award in the FC Milwaukee Soccer Club. She was a pianist and also for seven years.
